Account and Data Deletion

To request removal of an email submitted through the website form, write from that address to support@lifefixapp.com. Put “Waitlist deletion” in the subject so we can identify the request.

In the release version, people with an account will be able to initiate deletion of their LIFEFiX account and associated personal data. Deactivating an account or resetting goals is not the same as deleting the account and its data.

Guest users will be able to delete or reset their LIFEFiX guest data. An account is not required to start using supported core features.

Deletion may exclude information that LIFEFiX is legally required to retain. For questions or a data-removal request, contact support@lifefixapp.com. Do not send your password.
