Who is responsible

Website and launch updates

If you leave your email address in the launch-update form, LIFEFiX uses it to send news about the product launch and to handle your request. You may ask us to remove that address at any time by emailing the contact address above.

The website code does not set cookies or store a theme or language choice in your browser, and it contains no advertising trackers. To understand how the site is used, LIFEFiX counts visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics service: it records the page, the referring site, the browser, the device type and the country, and identifies no one (IP addresses are not stored; visits are counted with an anonymous hash that changes every day). If your browser sends Do Not Track, your visit is not counted. Hosting (Netlify) and the form service (Netlify Forms) may process technical information needed to deliver the site and receive a submission.

Legal bases and complaints

We process the email address from the form on the basis of your consent: you give it to receive the launch notice, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by asking us to remove the address. We keep anonymous visit statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site works.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Ukraine the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Information used by the app

LIFEFiX uses information you choose to share about your goals and circumstances, along with your interactions with suggested actions, to offer a next step and adapt later suggestions. The release version supports use as a guest and with an account. Supported guest information can be carried into an account when you decide to save your LIFEFiX.

The service may use providers for hosting, account services, and AI features. Relevant information may be processed to generate suggestions. LIFEFiX does not make purchases, bookings or other real-world decisions for you.

Your choices and rights

You decide what to share and whether to follow any suggestion. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact support@lifefixapp.com. Available rights depend on applicable law.

The release version will let account holders initiate deletion of their account and associated personal data, and guest users clear their LIFEFiX guest data. Information that must be retained by law may be excluded from deletion. See the account-deletion page for more.

Retention

LIFEFiX keeps information only as long as it is needed for the purposes described here or for legal obligations. You can request removal of your launch-update email or app information using the contact address above.

Adults only

LIFEFiX is intended for people aged 18 or older. You must be at least 18 to use the app.
